Ryan Berryman
Senior Vice President and General Manager
Ryan has 16 years of experience in growing and managing technology companies. Previously, he was Director of Product Management at Digital Insight where he grew their consumer Internet banking business to over 5 million end-users. Prior to Digital Insight, he was an Associate at Rader Reinfrank & Co. (now Clarity Partners). Ryan has also served as an Investment Banking Associate for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He received an MBA from MIT and earned B.A. degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors.
Monte Cahn
Moniker and SnapNames
Monte has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare, high-technology and Internet fields. Monte has also owned several businesses and significantly contributed to the successful initial public offerings of Pyxis Corporation and MedicaLogic, Inc. Monte graduated from University of Kentucky with degrees in marketing, biology, and business administration.
Peter Celeste
Senior Vice President and General Manager
Peter heads Oversee's Domain Services division, responsible for operations of DomainSponsor, SnapNames and Moniker. Prior to joining Oversee in 2008, Peter was GM of MyCorporation, an acquired business in Intuit's small business division. He was also Regional General Manager for Yahoo! Search and Marketing in the Americas, a regionally-based organization providing search services in five countries to more than 50 distribution partners and nearly 20,000 marketers. Prior to Yahoo! Search and Search Marketing, Peter spent five years in sales management. He received his MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.
Debra S. Domeyer
Chief Technology Officer
Debra S. Domeyer has over twenty five years of experience in technology. Prior to joining Oversee.net, she was the Chief Technology Officer at Internet Brands (INET), an internet media company from 2000 to 2008. From 1998 to 1999, she served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Pacific Gas & Electric Energy Services, an energy services company. From 1993 to 1997, Debra was Vice President of Information Systems for the Times Mirror Company where she spearheaded consolidation of technology and applications across the U.S. and led multiple online initiatives. Her public sector career includes serving in the White House during the Reagan adminsitration and supervising the development of distributed applications and secure communications for the President's trips worldwide. In 2001, Debra was named one of the top 25 CTOs by InfoWorld Magazine and listed in the ComputerWorld Premier 100 IT leaders. Debra has a B.A. from Loras College and a Master's degree from George Washington University.
Todd Greene
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Todd is currently Oversee.net's Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He previously served as General Counsel for all of Oversee's domain-related businesses. Prior to joining Oversee, Todd was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Bingham McCutchen LLP specializing in M&A transactions, venture capital and debt financings and general corporate work. He has represented a large number of private equity firms and public and private companies across a number of different industries and in all stages of development. Prior to joining Bingham, Todd practiced law at two other national law firms in New York City. Todd has a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Jeff Kupietzky
Chief Executive Officer and President
Jeff joined Oversee in 2006 as Executive Vice President responsible for DomainSponsor, the company's industry-leading domain monetization business. He then led the growth of the domain services division, expanded into the aftermarket business and built Oversee's owned and operated portfolio of domain names into one of the worlds largest, firmly establishing the company as a leader in Internet real estate.
Prior to joining Oversee, Jeff spent 10 years in executive leadership positions building ASP-businesses that leveraged the power of the Internet as a platform for growth and efficiency. He held a variety of management roles in marketing, sales and product management at world-class technology companies, including Digital Insight (Intuit), Loudcloud/Opsware (Hewlett-Packard) and Siebel Systems (Oracle). He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co.
He has an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
Elizabeth Murray
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President
Elizabeth (Liz) Murray has more than 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic investment and M&A activity, with particular focus on technology and Internet companies. Before joining Oversee, she was Executive Vice President and CFO of Fluid Music Canada, Inc., the world's largest private label music aggregation and distribution company. She also was CFO for RazorGator Interactive Group, Digital Insight Corp.and KornFerry International. Murray played key roles in the public offerings for Fluid Music and KornFerry. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University in Scotland and is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Jack Nelson
Vice President, Human Resources
Jack has held the senior HR role at several successful, high-growth internet companies including LowerMyBills.com and PriceGrabber.com. In addition, he has held various senior level HR positions at Korn-Ferry International, PricewaterhouseCoopers and William M. Mercer. Jack is a Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UCLA with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics.
Craig Snyder
General Manager, Registrar and Aftermarket Division
Snyder comes to Oversee following a three-year tenure as CEO of Internet REIT, where he successfully rebuilt the company’s senior management ranks and closed a $30 million round of equity financing. Prior to Internet REIT, he was Executive Vice President of Marchex, where he led its Enhance Interactive, goClick and TrafficLeader business units.
Snyder inherits two businesses that are long-established and well known to thousands of customers. SnapNames, founded in 2000, offered the first commercially available technology for “back-ordering” a currently registered domain name, helping customers register names of interest when they became available again. Moniker, one of the world’s best-known and most secure registrars, was formed in 1998 and offers registration, management, escrow and valuation services. The integrated divisions also cooperate to conduct well-regarded and successful online and live domain name auctions.
