In 2000 at the age of 21, Lawrence and his colleague Fred Hsu used their collective expertise in online advertising, Internet traffic patterns and search engine optimization to create the Company. Previously, he was with Startpath.com, an Internet start-up that focused on Internet advertising and the technology and tactics that drive traffic to websites. Through positions at both Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney, he learned the solid business practices that have become the linchpin of Oversee.net. Lawrence is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC).
Stacey has more than 20 years of experience in financial and operations management. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Internet Brands, Inc., a pre-IPO internet company. Stacey served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Senior Vice President of TTM Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded, high-tech manufacturing company where she was led a $180 million IPO as well as secondary offerings. Prior to TTM, she was Business Manager, Commercial Business, ARCO Products Company at Atlantic Richfield Company, serving as Chief Financial Officer for $1.2 billion consolidated group of 7 companies. Stacey holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance with Concentration in Strategic Planning from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
David has over 18 years of experience in software development and product management for start-ups as well as mature companies. Previously, David was CIO at Interthinx, a fraud detection and risk mitigation company serving the financial services industry. He has held numerous technology leadership positions in startups for VCs and was CTO at PeopleLink, an Idealab company. David has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Throughout his career, Josh has focused on working with technology companies in all stages of development. He has served as outside general counsel to several fast growing technology companies. Josh has advised technology companies in M&A transactions valued in excess of $4 billion and has represented issuers, investors and underwriters or placement agents in securities offerings totaling more than $1 billion. Prior to joining the company, Josh was a corporate attorney practicing at a national law firm. He has a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Jack has held the senior HR role at several successful, high-growth internet companies including LowerMyBills.com and PriceGrabber.com. In addition, he has held various senior level HR positions at Korn-Ferry International, PricewaterhouseCoopers and William M. Mercer. Jack is a Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UCLA with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics.

Oversee Domain Services
As Executive Vice President of Oversee.net, Jeff manages all Domain-related businesses. He is General Manager for DomainSponsor, ensuring all functions work together to serve our Publisher clients. Prior to Oversee.net, he was Vice President of Marketing for X1 Technologies where he headed all marketing and product development activities. Previously, Jeff was Vice President of Digital Insight, responsible for all consumer product management as well as growth and retention initiatives. He has also held numerous product management positions, building ASP businesses for Siebel Systems, Loudcloud, and 3Com. Jeff consulted for McKinsey & Co. and worked at UBS. He has an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated Summa Cum Laude with B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
Monte has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare, high-technology and Internet fields. Monte has also owned several businesses and significantly contributed to the successful initial public offerings of Pyxis Corporation and MedicaLogic, Inc. Monte graduated from University of Kentucky with degrees in marketing, biology, and business administration.
Sudhir is a local angel investor in Oregon, and serves on the Advisory Board of the National Science Foundation SBIR/STTR program. He retired in 2000 from Intel Corporation, where he served for over 21 years in several capacities including Director of International Marketing, General Manager of several businesses, and as Engineering Manager. In 1998, he was appointed by Oregon Gov. Neil Goldschmidt as founding President of the Oregon Advanced Computing Institute (OACIS). He earned his MSEE and MBA with honors from Stanford University.
Ryan has 16 years of experience in growing and managing technology companies. Previously, he was Director of Product Management at Digital Insight where he grew their consumer Internet banking business to over 5 million end-users. Prior to Digital Insight, he was an Associate at Rader Reinfrank & Co. (now Clarity Partners). Ryan has also served as an Investment Banking Associate for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He received an MBA from MIT and earned B.A. degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors.
With more than 17 years of strategic financial experience, Steve previously served as Chief Financial Officer for The Vendare Group, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of finance for a $94 million high-growth online media company. Steve has a B.A. Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Oversee Marketing Services
Steve is Senior Vice President for Oversee.net. He was most recently the Co-Founder and CEO of Candeo Technologies, a company that is a leading provider of advertising and community-based solutions for the software and game development industry. Steve and Candeo developed partnerships with Google, Yahoo, Ask Jeeves, Baidu and over 60 leading software and game developers and portals in 25 countries. He has also been VP, Strategy & Business Development for New.net (Idealab), Senior Director, Business Development, The .TV Corporation and an Associate at Goldman Sachs. Steve is a graduate of Harvard and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
With 15 years of experience in management consulting, Kathy has worked with such firms as Microsoft, Best Buy, DirecTV, and numerous startup companies to develop business models, raise funds, and plot long-term strategic plans. She is Chairman of the Board of KIPP LA Prep, a free, public charter school that is dedicated to providing a well-rounded education to low-income students grades 5-8. Kathy earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics and her MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
