Portfolio Account Representative
Join Oversee.net as the Portfolio Account Representative for the Domain Management operations team. This position will be working with a group of diverse, energetic, and motivated members who encourage team collaboration. This position involves responding to customer inquiries primarily via email correspondence as well as assisting the team in managing internal domain portfolios. This is a great opportunity for an individual to learn more about the domain name industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-valued, internal portfolios of domains to increase overall return and attain corporate revenue goals
- Process inbound legal inquiries and make best judgment decision on how to execute inquiry to successful conclusion following interpretation of governmental, ICANN and company policies and guidelines
- Work with department management and VP of internal domain management to adjust and develop domain portfolio to its maximum performance and return
- Use best judgment to interpret company policies to review and tag domains within a portfolio for appropriateness and categorization
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Use a variety of communication skills (telephone, email, fax, etc.) and organizational skills (files, internet search, databases, etc.) to solve issues and questions
- Provide back-up customer service support to other business units
- Handle daily activities, email correspondence, letter writing and general office duties
- Handle special projects as needed by management
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. (Unlimited growth potential.)
- Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills
- Candidates must have good computer skills and knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and deadlines
- You should be able to juggle and complete multiple tasks accurately, promptly, and thoroughly
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience a plus
